Tongkat Ali 1:50 extract capsules / retail quantities

As tongkat ali (whether as root powder or as extract) is extremely bitter, the most convenient way to take it is as capsules. We offer capsules of the 00-size which contain 400 mg of tongkat ali 1:50 extract, and 0-size capsules which contain 200 mg of 1:50 extract.

Capsules of the 00-size are packaged as 100 capsules per bottle. The minimum order quantity is 200 capsules (2 bottles, 160 US dollars, including shipping). The next larger order quantity is 400 capsules (4 bottles, 260 US dollars, including shipping).

One of our specially manufactured standard boxes, holding 6 bottles of tongkat ali extract capsules. The boxes are designed to hold either 4 or 6 bottles. For orders of 2 bottles, we include 2 empty bottles.

Capsules of the 0-size are packaged as 140 capsules per bottle. The minimum order quantity is 280 capsules (2 bottles, 140 US dollars, including shipping). The next larger order quantity is 560 capsules (4 bottles, 220 US dollars, including shipping).

All retail quantities are shipped in the same box. The smaller orders (2 bottles) contain 2 empty plastic bottles as space fillers.

Retail quantities of capsules can be ordered over the Internet and paid for by credit card. We currently use two payment processors, WorldPay and CCNow.

The below prices include EMS courier charges, but a 15-dollar handling fee is added if CCNow is used as payment processor. There is no handling fee when using WorldPay. When ordering by credit card, please check first whether you can use WorldPay. Orders through WorldPay are 15 US dollars cheaper, as credit card processing is fully automated. However, as WorldPay processes cards automatically, a good number of perfectly good cards will not be accepted because of WorldPay' very tied fraud prevention net. For example, if you use a US credit card from an Internet connection not in the area in which your card has been issued, it may be rejected.

CCNow processes payments automatically and manually. This means that many cards that are rejected with WorldPay may be accepted with CCNow. However, CCNow processing is considerably more expensive than WorldPay processing, which is why there is a handling charge of 15 US dollars.

Please note that shipments by EMS will have to be signed for by the recipient or a representative of the recipient. EMS packages cannot be left behind on a porch or in front of a door. EMS (also known as Speedpost in many countries) is a service of the post office but is delivered separately from standard mail.

If you cannot receive a package personally, or if you cannot pick it up at the courier counter of the post office, please request that we send as ordinary airmail. This takes about double the time to arrive, but a shipment does not have to be signed for.

EMS shipments take about 10 days from Indonesia to the US, Canada, and Europe. Airmail takes around 20 days.

Please note that no EMS is available to Spain, Andorra, Barbados, South Africa and most other African countries. To European countries without EMS service, we automatically ship as ordinary airmail. Please note that we can only ship wholesale quantities to all of Africa, including South Africa, as we will have to use DHL or Fedex. Both services are more expensive to African destinations than they are to other continents.

When we ship an order by EMS, we provide a tracking number. For many countries, we can also provide a website URL where shipments can be tracked.

US orders sent by EMS can be tracked either through the website of the US Postal Services (www.usps.com) or through Google.com. To track using Google, just type the tracking number into the Google searchbox.

Occasionally, shipments are delayed for a few days because customs authorities are not aware of the contents of a package we ship. In case a recipient is contacted, it is best to refer to the plant's scientific Latin name, eurycoma longifolia.

If, for whatever reason, a shipment does not arrive within 1 month of being dispatched, we send a replacement.
