While the traditional manner in which tongkat ali is consumed in Southeast Asia is to boil it as a tea (which, technically, is a liquid aqueous extract), some scientific research has been conducted with a alcohol-based extract.

We now offer an alcohol-based extract to the public, at the following rates:

40 gram alcoholic 1:50 extract, 150 US dollar
60 gram alcoholic 1:50 extract, 200 US dollar

Please note that our alcoholic tongkat ali extract does not contain any alcohol. Pharmacological ethyl alcohol (ethanol) has been used in the extraction process, but all alcohol has been evaporated during processing. Thus, the alcohol-based extract is in the form of a powder, as is our extract that employed water as extraction medium.
